At the present time the school is actively working with the Higher School of Economics (HSE), and is its base school. This system is recognised and regulated by the Russian Federation Ministry of Education. School graduates of our school can enter the HSE via the “School - Higher Education Institute” system, which makes provision for preparation courses taught in school in Years 10 and 11 and the early sitting of entrance exams. Courses are taught by teachers from the HSE in: economic law, law, sociology, politics, journalism and psychology. The Higher School of Economics offers its students lessons in both Russian and English, providing students with the possibility of obtaining a second diploma from the London School of Economics.

BIS also works closely with the pre-university educational centre of MGU, the Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov, in which school students study before entering the Faculty of Natural Science.
