A varied excursion programme in the school helps pupils further develop their aesthetic tastes and form a steady interest in the subject being studied.

Pupils from Years 1 – 11 regularly visit art, historical and literary museums, listen to lectures in MGU and the Polytechnical museum, take an active part in folk lore and theatrical presentations in the best museums in Moscow.

A successful tradition that has developed has been the provision of lessons in Culture Studies, literature, history and natural science in the lecture halls of museums. Experts in the museums work alongside our teachers to provide these. Excursions are not limited to the visits of museums and sights in Moscow, but also involve educational projects and dissertations, linked with the topic of the excursion, which pupils then discuss in lessons and academic conferences. .

The sports department works all year, offering aerobics, gymnastics, table-tennis, tennis, athletic gymnastics and chess.
